In this workshop, David will guide us in offering Traditional Thai Massage with more advanced awareness and enhanced techniques. The goal is to deepen our understanding of body awareness and how to apply techniques more precisely by building on the sensitivity in our feet, knees and elbows. Additionally, David will share with us his secrets for integrating and adjusting poses more smoothly into sequences through flowing transitions.
