RESOURCED - 12 weeks of self-healing support - Winter 2021 Edition - SOLD OUT


2020 has been an intense and destabilizing year for so many of us. It has left us exhausted, drained, overwhelmed, anxious and more. One thing is clear - we all need some healing support to help us move forward into this new era feeling resourced and able to navigate life’s next challenges.

Over the course of this 12 week journey, join somatic healer and educator, Sarah Seely of Thai Brooklyn, as she shares her healing collection of techniques for regulating stressed out nervous systems, creating stability and balance in your life, and understanding your emotions and what they are telling you. Using somatic techniques and mindfulness practices based in neuroscience, this class will provide you with tools for living more fully present, connecting deeper to yourself and your body, and tapping in to your own innate healing abilities, wisdom, personal truth and insight.

Classes are taught bi-weekly, meeting every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.

Our Winter Session begins January 4th.

Each class will begin with a teaching on an array of topics like polyvagal theory, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, somatic understanding, and more (after all, knowledge is power) and will include somatic practices and mindfulness techniques that will focus on self-regulation, centering, resourcing, grounding, and creating an internal dialogue with your own inner truth and wisdom.
